Boone Trail Fit Body Boot Camp is the gym that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. The coaches are nice, but still manage to motivate and push you work harder. I lost body fat and gained lean muscle just from doing the 30 min classes and this allowed me the start jogging and doing other exercises outside of the gym. In addition to the classes, the in body assessments, personal attention from the coaches and food and nutrition guidance make membership worth far more than what you pay
